Brew House

DESIGN | CONSTRUCTION

MARSHALL, VIRGINIA

Located on the Rappahannock River, the Brew House is a modern interpretation of the classic barn and silo relationship prevalent in the Virginia countryside.  Built for a local beer brewer, the project features an 18-foot diameter grain silo that was erected on site and used as cladding for the master suite of the project.  The farmhouse was erected out of SIPs and features a fully custom 14-foot wide β€œbar” window that can be raised and lowered to connect the interior bar to the deck outside - a true connection between conversation, nature and a cold beverage.
